Adjust the sliders so that the labels are only visible to the correct eye.
Red Lens:Adjust the red intensity, until the label is clearly visible through the red lens, but very faint through the cyan lens.
Cyan Lens:Adjust the cyan intensity, until the label is clearly visible through the cyan lens, but very faint through the red lens.
Background:In case the labels are still faintly visible to the opposite eye, adjust the background intensity until the labels fade into the background.
